Afternoon: driving to Alamanda. Stopped at traffic light. In the next car, saw mummy playing with handphone in the back seat. Seat belt unfastened. Toddler in front passenger seat. Seat belt also unfastened. Lo and behold!! Dad in driver's seat (of course lah), ALSO seat belt unfastened!
